Cages having Three/Four/Five tiers can be supplied with automatic
feeding, watering, egg collection & manure drying / removing
system. The cage dimensions are such that it gives maximum comfort
to the bird and easy access to feed.

Advantages of Tropical Cage:

Rearing & Growing Cages
Brooder & Grower cages are fabricated out of
flat deck (single) tier or Two / Three tier cages. The unique
flap is provided to adjust it as per bird's growth for easy
access of feed.

Automatic
Chain Feeding
It is ideally suitable and cost efficient
for Brooder cum Grower cage. It provides uniform distribution
of feed along the length. The hopper is provided with adjustable
exit to regulate the quantity of feed to be distributed in the
trough.
Automatic Nipple Watering
It is widely used system, provided with height
adjuster and a drip cup (Optional).

Watering System
Watering in each tier is available through nipple
provided in the PVC pipeline. Control valve with small plastic
water tank is provided for each tier. A Pressure Regulator
with flushing system can be provided as a option Nipples
are place on the back cage partition and utilized by the
birds of the Two cages. The system saves quantity of water
avoiding wastage

Feeding System
Feed trolley is ideal for the controlled fresh
& uniform feed rationing along the cage length. The
trolley slides on rail provided on platform, battery or
on side coloum suitably supported. The distribution of
the feed from hopper is through adjustable pipes provided
for each tier. The trolley is provided with grader which
makes the feed distribution uniform. A clock programs
the feed automatic distribution. A controller is provided
to supply specific quantity of feed, required as per the
growth of the bird.

Egg
Collection
The
eggs are collected from each tier through 10cm wide jute/nylon
/mix belts & conveyed on the head of the each battery
to centralize belt. It takes the eggs on to a table or
directly to grading or packing M/c.
A tensioning device regulates the belt tension. The belt
is suitable for 4500/egg/hr. whereas centralized belt
has capacity of 2000 /egg/hr.
The
belt is cleaned through a suitable brush set on the idling
unit.
