Tropical “A” Frame Cages

QS steel wire cage is completely fabricated in Hotdeep Galvanized 275 GSM coated cage manufacturing facility, developing and protecting new techniques to provide a consistently top quality cage product. Our cage wires material are heavily galvanized for protection against rust. Cages having Three/Four tiers are supplied with automatic feeding, watering, egg collection & manure drying / removing.

Feed Trolley

Ensures uniform feed distribution with no wastage and no build-up of feed at the ends of the trough.
It is possible to arrange for several feeding session during the day.

Egg Collection

System enables simultaneous collection of all the eggs laid inside the house. The eggs are then conveyed down.

Manure Scraper

Manure is collected into a pit underneath, then it is pushed by scrapers on a cross conveyor which is
unloaded outside on a trailer. Manure collection can be carried efficiently.
